Shipping costs and Delivery

Shipping costs are item specific. Please visit the eBay item for more details. Most items are shipped within UK by 1 st Class Recorded Mail. We use Royal Mail for our shipping services. Orders placed before 1pm, Monday – Friday are shipped the same day. Although most items arrive to it’s destinations within UK the very next day, please kindly allow up to 3 working days for your item(s) to arrive with you. It takes between 3 – 7 days for item to arrive it’s destination outside of the United Kingdom.

Refunds and Exchange.

Due to the nature of auction, items can not be returned for refund unless it is faulty, or incorrect. However, it may be possible for you to exchange the item bought from eBay auction for a higher value item from www.pdahut.com. Please Click here and Contact us with the eBay item number. Postage charges are not refunded, nor are the postage charge incurred when returning the item back to us.
