When you order this service, we will email you a Repair Requisition Form to be completed by you. Completed this form and send your damaged PDA back to us for inspection, along with a copy of Repair Diagnostic Service order. Repairs are generally completed within 7 – 10 working days once your device is received by us. Although a wide range of parts are kept in stock, there are times when parts may need to be sourced externally and some delay may occur.
Shipping your device is your responsibility. Shipping address details and Repair Requisition Form are sent to you via email within 24 hours when you complete your Repair Diagnostic order.

If your PDA/Sat Nav/Smartphone is covered under warranty, please contact manufacturer directly.
Please note: Cost of this diagnostic service is non-refundable, regardless of whether any repair work was undertaken. Before we can quote cost of repair, we need to examine your device as most faults needs a tougher examination for us to provide you an accurate quotation.
When sending your PDA, please back up your device first as it is standard procedure to reset your device to factory settings. PDA Hut Limited or our partner are not responsible for any software or data lost on your device. If you are unable to backup your PDA/Sat Nav device, please kindly inform us on Repair Requisition Form and our expert will do their utmost to perform a backup on your behalf.
Please do not send any chargers, cables, cradles or cases with your PDA.
Should you choose not to have the unit repaired, you will incurred charges for the return shipping of the unit back to you. Cost of sending un-repaired unit within UK by Royal Mail Special Delivery is normally £6.99 per unit. Rest of the World £10.99 per unit
