Next place the device into a suitable cardboard box and secure this all by using additional packaging. Please print off the Diagnostic Order that you have placed with us and also include this, along with a signed copy of Repair Requisition Form that you would have been sent by email once you have placed an order with us for a diagnostic service. If you haven’t received a copy of this Form, please email our customer services department for a copy. Please DO NOT include styluses, cradles, chargers, cables, case or covers Step Three Use a shipping method that guarantees delivery and offers insurance, within the UK we highly recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery service which is excellent and has a minimum compensation value of £250.00. If you choose to use other carriers please insure your device for it's full value. Step Four Now your device is ready to ship. IMPORTANT! IMPORTANT! Without this we have no idea who you are, or what repair / service your device should undergo, this WILL cause your repair service to be delayed.
